ACID-211 is an audiovisual artwork and a free browser-based music instrument. Its acid-green liquid surface contains a step sequencer, kick, bass, acid synthesizer and hats. Listen to the demo on the opening screen, then select START to make your own loop.
On desktop, edit patterns across four sections, choose instrument presets, shape sounds with oscillators and envelopes, and combine Corrode and Mutate effects. Space toggles playback. On phones, the opening composition offers demo playback; the sequencer requires a desktop display.
The live liquid graphics require WebGL2 and JavaScript. Sound is generated in your browser.
